Return Policy:

We at 2kwrestlingbelts strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Therefore, we offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure to include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return request.

Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

For Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will promptly address the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and hazardous materials. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:
To ensure you receive the item you desire in a timely manner, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification, provided the item is in its original condition.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues
